Who could have guessed that this traditional religious and cultural activity, practiced over 5,000 years ago in India, would become so popular?  Nowadays about 30 million people practice yoga around the world.

I have always thought that yoga was all about meditation. But I’ve had the privilege to try it and, guess what, I was wrong! Yoga involves mind and body, combining strong workout, concentration and breathing exercises.

Within the years, different yoga styles were developed: Bikram, Ishta and Jivamukti are just some of them. Choose your favorite and get rid of stress!
