A- A A+

What is happiness anyway? That is a difficult question. Maybe it is easier to answer what is not  happiness: it is not  feeling good all the time. It’s impossible to feel always happy.

Happiness is not related to money or possessions. You can experience happy days when you buy a new car, but that feeling is not permanent.

True happiness is a combination of how good you feel on a daily basis and how satisfied you’re with your life. So if you want to be happier you can find new sources of enjoyment (such as traveling or learning something new), learn how to deal with your emotions and have a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
