A- A A+

“In Okinawa, a Japanese island, people have very low rates of cancer and heart disease. One of the reasons is the Ikigai”. Ikigai is the Japanese word for a powerful tool that helps people prevent stress, feel happy and live much longer. And Japanese people who live in Okinawa use it a lot. What? You would like to use it too? Sure you can! You can have your own Ikigai for free. ‘Ikigai’ means ‘a reason for living’. When you find a strong reason for living, you live a longer, happier life. Arigatô for the message, Okinawa people!

rubber-duck Japanese people are very intelligent… I’m going to work on my Ikigai, too! Quack!!
