In New York there are many traditional pizzerias.
Di Fara’s is a very traditional Italian-American pizzeria in Brooklyn. The first unit was open in 1964. Mr. Domenico Demarco prepared the pizza.
Today, Mr. Demarco still prepares pizza behind the counter – and he makes between 100 and 150 pizzas by hand every day.
Many ingredients are imported. The flour, the olive oil and the cheese are from Italy. The basil is from Israel.
So you eat one slice, two slices, three slices – and you still want more.
