Como você se defend de seus predators? Well, a Monarch Butterfly se defend através das colors. Além de produzir um poison com um sabor very bad, ela tem uma brilliant silver color que informa aos predators: ‘don’t eat me!’.

Monarch Butterflies vivem in North America mas são encontradas in New Zeland, Australia and sometimes in Western Europe, too. They fly from Mexico do South Canada every year.

But recently elas quase se tornaram extinct: devido ao desmatamento, a forest que as protegia ficou menos dense e permitiu que o cold and rain as atingissem, matando 250 million butterflies. Parece que o único predator que elas não conseguiram stop somos nós, humans.
