      Do you know chameleons? Here are some interesting facts about them:

      There are around 160 species of chameleons in the planet. They live in different places – from Africa to Sri Lanka;

Small, very small

      Some species of chameleon can be very small (15 mm , or 0.59 inches) or very large (69 cm, or 27 inches);

Cross-eyed

      Chameleons can look in two directions at the same time because they have ‘independent’ eyes;

Colors

      Some chameleons have chromatophore cells.  They can change colors to blue, green, black, red, orange, brown, yellow and turquoise.
