Do you know Carob? It’s a healthy alternative to cocoa.

Carob is the fruit da Alfarrobeira, native tree of the Mediterranean.

Many people relatam que they feel agitadas when they eat chocolate because it contains caffeine, substance que interfere no sono. Carob is usually used como an alternative to cocoa, principalmente because não possui stimulating agents, such as caffeine.
